3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be received in full before order processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
